Lease Extension (Type A)
LEASE EXTENSION-TYPE A
FOR CONSIDERATION MUTUALLY EXCHANGED between the following parties, [Name of Landlord], hereinafter "Landlord", and [Name of Tenant], hereinafter "Tenant", this extension agreement is made on this [Date of Amendment].
WHEREAS, the Landlord and the Tenant have previously entered into a lease agreement dated [Date of original lease]; and, although both parties desire to extend the lease, said Lease Agreement will conclude on [Date lease ends].
BOTH PARTIES AGREE, intending to be legally bound, as follows:
1. The length of said lease agreement shall be extended for an additional term of [Length of additional term].
2. Throughout the extension of this lease, the monthly rent payment made by said Tenant shall be equal to the amount of $ [Monthly Rent Amount] dollars.
3. In all other respects, the original provisions of said lease shall continue in full force and effect.
